Q: Why did you decide to do a boudoir session?

A: I decided to do boudoir primarily to give an album to my fiancé on our wedding day. Another second big reason was to gain confidence in myself. Those reasons may or may not have switched order as my session came closer 🤣

Q: How were you feeling leading up to your shoot?

A: I was so excited as my session got closer. I had so much fun picking out outfits and accessories to bring. I was slightly nervous about being nearly naked in front of someone who isn’t my fiancé, but I kept reminded myself that Yessica is a professional and has done this hundreds of times with all different body types. Telling myself this led to almost no nerves on the day of my shoot.

Q: How were you feeling after your shoot and image viewing?

A: Before image viewing, I was really nervous. Mostly about looking at my body with someone else. I’m pretty critical of myself so I was worried about looking awkward in my pictures, or if my face just didn’t look right. But as we started looking, it was confirmed that Yessica is SO right! The poses may feel so awkward and unnatural but they look GORGEOUS. I felt so good about myself!
